Mr. Huxsol is responsible for the preparation and management of the Company’s financial reporting, treasury activities, tax accounting, portfolio company reporting, and related investor communications, as well as regulatory compliance obligations. Mr. Huxsol has previous experience in fund accounting and portfolio operations with Baird Capital, a Chicago-based private equity firm, and as an auditor of private equity funds with PwC in Charlotte. Mr. Huxsol is a licensed CPA. Mr. Huxsol graduated summa cum laude from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a B.B.A in Accounting. He also holds a Master of Professional Accountancy from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
