Eric Kafka Bio

Eric joined VERTU Capital in July 2018. Prior to joining VERTU, he worked at Facebook helping to scale its business integrity efforts, and as V.P. of Corporate Development at Sysomos, a Toronto-based data analytics company, where he was responsible for strategic and financial planning, operating infrastructure and processes, and corporate acquisitions. Mr. Kafka previously worked at OMERS Private Equity with Ms. Melchior on numerous transactions, after starting his career on the Mergers and Acquisitions team at Scotiabank.
