Luis Mendes Bio

Luis joined Vallis in 2011. He started his career in Corporate Controlling in a diversified business group with strong international presence and rapid organic and M&A growth. He worked in Poland as the Head of Controlling in a Shared Services Centre for Central Europe, serving more than 60 companies in 5 countries. He was part of a corporate team that originated, structured and led several M&A transactions and implemented post-acquisition integration and restructuring processes. Luis holds a degree in Economics from Faculty of Economics of Porto, has a Postgraduate degree in Auditing and Controlling from the Catholic University of Porto and an Advanced Management Course in M&A from the Oporto Business School.
