Justin Novinger Bio

Justin has almost two decades of experience in healthcare services as a senior leader in operations management and as a provider of clinical care. As a TDP Resource Partner he is responsible for the operations function within TDP and with select portfolio companies. Justin previously served as the Vice President of Operational Excellence at a large physical therapy support organization. He has previously held roles with a range of responsibilities across clinical management, strategy, and operations including providing clinical patient care as a licensed physical therapist. Justin received a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the Feinberg School of Medicine at Northwestern University and a BA in Kinesiology from DePauw University.
