Nicholas Wagner Bio

Nick Wagner is a Vice President for one of Twin Brook’s underwriting teams, focusing on structuring, underwriting, and closing new transactions as well as portfolio management of existing accounts across a broad range of industries, with private equity sponsors. Prior to joining the firm in 2017, Nick worked in litigation and economic consulting at Charles River Associates (CRA), where he was involved in a variety of intellectual property and intangible asset valuations for strategic and litigation purposes across a diverse set of industries. Nick holds a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Indiana University.
