Chung Pit Lee Bio

Chung Pit Lee is joined in April 2020 and is focused on the corporate and investment finance of the organisation and the SEA portfolio. Pit Lee has accumulated more than 18 years of financial and commercial experience including infrastructure development, treasury and controllership operations, group restructuring and consolidation, tax planning as well as mergers and acquisitions. Her diverse range of experience earned throughout her career enables her to formulate the long-term and short-term strategic plans for the organisation. Prior to her current role, Pit Lee was the Chief Financial Officer in 8VIC Holding Limited (ASX:8VI), where she was involved in the company’s listing on Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) in 2015 raising A$16million. Besides overseeing the reporting, compliance and financial functions of the listed company, she was also involved in Merger & Acquisition, Management Buy-out (MBO) and Reverse Take Over (RTO) exercise. Pit Lee holds an Honours Degree in Applied Accounting from The University of Oxford Brookes of United Kingdom. She is a fellow member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (FCA Singapore).
