Guillaume is an Associate within the TriSpan Group. Prior to joining TriSpan, Guillaume worked as an Associate at Blackstone’s Private Equity Group in New York City. During his time at Blackstone, he was primarily involved in the evaluation and execution of bolt-on strategic acquisitions, minority investments and divestitures across multiple portfolio companies and industry verticals, including financial technology, data & analytics and life insurance. Prior to Blackstone, he worked as a M&A Analyst at boutique investment bank Ohana & Co. on buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions in the luxury, branded consumer goods and technology sectors. Guillaume graduated from The University of Edinburgh with a BA in History and Politics and from ESCP Europe Business School with a MS in Business and Management with a concentration in Finance.
