Prior to joining Vistria, Mr. Maloney was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Industrials Group at Goldman Sachs. Mr. Maloney received a B.B.A. in Finance, Investment, and Banking from the University of Wisconsin and an M.B.A in Health Care Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
