Mike Castleforte Bio

Prior to joining Vistria, Mr. Castleforte was the General Counsel and Head of Business Development at United Shore Financial Services (“USFS”). At USFS, Mr. Castleforte was part of the senior team that transformed the company from a regional, independent lender to one of the nation’s leading independent mortgage lenders with an emphasis on sustained growth through systematic risk management. Prior to joining USFS, Mr. Castleforte began his career as a corporate attorney at Winston & Strawn LLP, where he represented public and private companies in a variety of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Mr. Castleforte currently serves on the Board of Directors of ForwardLine Financial and Treliant. He is a Member of the Board of Directors of The First Tee of Greater Chicago. Mr. Castleforte received a B.A. from Duke University and a J.D. from Columbia University.
