Joseph Van Wingerden Bio

Mr. Van Wingerden joined Gladstone in November 2013. Prior to joining Gladstone, he worked as a Structured Finance Analyst in the Capital Markets Group at Cassidy Turley Commercial Real Estate. He focused on underwriting new construction and recapitalization deals requiring equity and debt financing. Mr. Van Wingerden earned his MBA from Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business in 2013, where he was a McDonough Scholar, and graduated with a BS in Economics and a BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University in 2008.
