Gary Alcock is Founder and Managing Partner of The Alcock Group. Previously, Mr. Alcock served as a Managing Director at Revolution Capital Group. In his nearly seven years with the firm, Mr. Alcock drove M&A execution, origination, and due-diligence across all acquisitions. Prior to Revolution Capital Group, Mr. Alcock supported financial advisory services and M&A at Houlihan Lokey, an international investment bank. Mr. Alcock has previously worked on over 15 completed transactions with an aggregate deal value of over $5 billion. Prior firms Mr. Alcock has worked with through acquisition or advisory include Abraxis BioScience, Media General, Cerberus, CKX, Masco Corporation, Concord Music Group, Village Roadshow Pictures and AECOM. In addition to his work within the middle market, Mr. Alcock was substantially involved with Revolution Capital Group’s acquisition of smaller private companies within the lower middle market, including Dove Professional Apparel, Maysteel Industries and Clearwater Gazette among others.
