Sean Edmonson Bio

Sean Edmonson currently serves as a Vice President at Tecum. In this position, he is primarily responsible for supporting the funds’ investment activities. In this capacity, Sean is responsible for initiating investment opportunities, new investment analysis, conducting due diligence, negotiating debt financings, and working with portfolio company management teams and partners. Sean currently serves as a Board Member for BP Express, Connecticut Electric, FSC Lighting, National Power, F&S Tool, and he serves as a board observer for Midwest Equipment Sales. Prior to joining Tecum in 2017, Sean worked within the Diversified Industrials Investment Banking practice of Brown Gibbons Lang in Cleveland, where he focused on middle market M&A advisory engagements. Prior to Brown Gibbons Lang, he worked within the Mid-Corporate Commercial Banking division of Wells Fargo in Pittsburgh, where he focused on leveraged finance transactions to support acquisition activity and debt recapitalizations. Sean received a Bachelor of Science with dual-degrees in Finance and Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
