Sarah Hartzheim Bio

Sarah joined TCV in 2021 as a member of our People Team focused on recruiting, assessment, onboarding, as well as talent partnerships and brand. Prior to TCV, Sarah worked at the Boston Consulting Group where she managed recruiting across consulting and corporate functions. Sarah brings seven years of experience designing talent acquisition strategies across industry sectors, from entry-level to executive roles. Sarah grew up in Nashville, Tennessee. While she misses the food scene in her hometown, she enjoys exploring all NYC has to offer. In her free time, Sarah enjoys off-the-beaten path travel, reading, local volunteering, and trying any kind of new fitness classes. Sarah graduated magna cum laude from Ohio Wesleyan University with a B.A. in International Studies and Spanish. She spent extensive time in Argentina and Mexico as part of her degree. Her interest in all things talent-related led her to earning a M.A. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from New York University.
