Paisley Kadison Bio

Paisley assists in managing TCV’s regulatory compliance program and provides advice regarding related legal matters. Prior to joining TCV in 2018, Paisley was an investment funds attorney in the New York City offices of Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP, where she represented a wide range of investment advisers and private investment funds in formation, structuring, and management matters, as well as operational, legal and regulatory issues. Paisley received a J.D. from Stanford Law School, her MBT from the University of Southern California, and a B.A. from California State University, Los Angeles. During her final year in law school, Paisley was elected as Editor in Chief of the Stanford Journal of Law, Business & Finance. She graduated from Stanford Law School with pro bono distinction and received the Gerald Gunther Prize for Outstanding Performance in Venture Capital. Paisley is a member of the State Bar of New York and Registered In-House Counsel with the State Bar of California.
