Sylvie Assily Bio

Sylvie Estephan Assily is the Human Resources Director. Since joining the organization in 2018, Sylvie oversees all Human Resources matters ranging from employee relations to employment law, compliance, talent acquisitions, coaching, compensation, benefits, and employee engagement. Prior to joining, Sylvie was the Human Resources Manager for nearly four years at Relativity Media. Sylvie began her career as a Human Resources Business Partner at Rogers Communications, a Canadian communications and media company based in Montreal. Sylvie was born and raised in Montreal and studied Human Resources Management at The University of Montreal, Canada.
