John Spradling Bio

Mr. Spradling joined Tailwater Capital in July of 2017 and is responsible for evaluating, executing, and monitoring the firm’s investments. Prior to joining Tailwater, Mr. Spradling spent two years as an associate at NGP Energy Capital Management, an energy private equity firm. Prior to NGP, Mr. Spradling worked as an analyst at Barclays in the natural resources investment banking group in Houston. Mr. Spradling earned his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Dartmouth College.
