Paul has more than 20 years’ experience in the gaming industry at Board level. Paul co-founded Splash Damage in 2001, subsequently stepping down from his CEO role after guiding the sale of the company in a deal worth $160m, in 2017. More recently, Paul co-founded Supernova, providing support to executive decisions and driving strategy in an investor capacity.
