Joanel Bernardo Bio

Joanel Bernardo is the VP of Customer Success within Portfolio Operations at Sunstone Partners. She works closely with each portfolio company to increase revenue retention, streamline processes, and build organizational excellence across multiple functions. Before joining Sunstone Partners in 2021, Joanel worked with several companies leading their customer success efforts in retention and revenue growth. Prior to working in Customer Success, Joanel spent several years in Sales Development and as an Account Executive at Intuit. Joanel is a Bay Area native and studied Political Science at the University of San Francisco.
