Gabriel Shaukat Bio

Gabe Shaukat is a Principal at Sunstone Partners and is involved in sourcing, deal execution and portfolio monitoring. At Sunstone Partners, Gabe is involved in the firm’s investments in Nexa, RSource, UserZoom, and Vcheck Global. Prior to joining Sunstone Partners in 2016, Gabe was an Associate at Primus Capital, a healthcare and technology focused private equity firm. Gabe began his career as an Analyst in the Consumer and Retail group at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. Gabe was involved in the firm’s prior investment in Onica (acquired by Rackspace®). Raised in Columbus, Georgia, Gabe earned a BBA degree in Finance with highest honors from the University of Georgia and an M.B.A. with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
