Juan Benegas Lynch Bio

Mr. Benegas Lynch is a member of the U.S. investment team and an operating professional. Prior to joining Strategic Value Partners in 2020, he spent 7 years as a senior executive at Ansell Limited driving a corporate transformation program. While at Ansell, Mr. Benegas Lynch held several leadership roles across different functions, including P&L ownership, M&A, corporate strategy and commercial strategy. Before Ansell, Mr. Benegas spent 4 years as an Operating Partner at private equity firm Protostar Partners, leading transformations and value creation initiatives across a portfolio of industrial companies. Previously, he was an Associate at McKinsey & Company and a Financial Analyst at Aluar Aluminio Argentino. Mr. Benegas Lynch holds a Master in Business Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires.
