Mr. Goh is a member of the European investment team focused on real estate. Mr. Goh comes to Strategic Value Partners from Deutsche Bank AG, London where he was most recently a Director in the Commercial Real Estate Special Situations Group, principally investing in real estate NPLs and distressed financing. Prior to that role, he worked in Market Risk Methodology and as a CMBS Application Developer. Mr. Goh received his MPhil in Industrial Engineering, from the University of Cambridge, UK and his BEng in Electronic Engineering from the University of Birmingham, UK.
