Preston Edwards Bio

Mr. Edwards joined Strait Lane Capital Partners in 2015 and has been a Director since 2019. Mr. Edwards graduated from Baylor University, earning his B.A. with a double major in Finance and Entrepreneurship. Since joining SLCP, Mr. Edwards has been integrally involved in several of the firm’s transactions and is primarily responsible for financial analysis and diligence relating to both buy-side and sell-side transactions along with post-acquisition accounting integration. Mr. Edwards resides in Dallas and when away from the office he enjoys golf, hunting and watersports.
