Since 10 years Evelien is responsible for the property management of the real estate portfolio. She takes the lead in all commercial negotiations next to a constant evaluation of possible opportunities (buying, selling, renovating). Prior to Straco, she was active at Devimo and Cushman&Wakefield. She holds a double degree in law and notary degree and an MBA of the University of California. Evelien is especially knowledgeable in lease contract law.
