Niyati is a Vice President in Compensation with Stonepeak. Prior to joining Stonepeak, Niyati was the Compensation and Benefits Director at EIG Global Energy Partners, overseeing all aspects of Total Rewards at the firm. Prior to EIG, Niyati worked at Apollo and Guy Carpenter in various Compensation roles. Niyati received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Math from New York University.
