Jeffry Myers Bio

Jeff is an Operating Partner with Stonepeak and supports Stonepeak’s investments in power generation. Jeff has more than thirty years of experience in all aspects of the downstream energy sector with a focus on mid to large infrastructure project development, financing, execution and operations. Jeff was a co-founder, Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Pristine Power from its founding in 2002, through its public listing in 2008 and the successful sale of the company to Veresen in late 2010. From 1994 to 2002, Jeff was involved in leadership roles in the development of several major natural gas pipeline projects and the development, execution and operations of three gigawatts of independent power projects in four countries. Jeff continues to be involved in the development and execution of independent power projects and is involved as an investor and Board member of companies in the clean tech space.
