Lee Vandermyde Bio

Lee is the founding partner of Stone Pointe utilizing over 20 years of middle market business experience. Prior to founding Stone Pointe, Lee has spent his entire career advising and assisting companies achieving shareholder goals. Lee is responsible for evaluating and structuring investment opportunities and executing strategic growth plans with the management of portfolio companies. During his career, Lee has completed transactions in excess of $1 billion in aggregate value. Mr. Vandermyde received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and an M.B.A from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University
