Stacey Lager Bio

Stacey joined Sterling Partners in 2018 and is the Vice President of Talent Acquisition. In this role, Stacey is responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process for both internal roles and those of Sterling’s portfolio companies. Prior to Sterling, Stacey worked at a third-party recruitment firm as a Senior IT and Finance Recruiter. From there, she moved into a role as the Manager of Campus Recruitment for a global management consulting firm focused specifically in the financial services industry. Stacey received her BS in Human Services from the University of Delaware.
