I spent the first years of my career at Nordea, working on Nordic mergers and acquisitions and capital market transactions. In 2013, I seized the opportunity to join Sponsor Capital’s team. The most interesting aspect about private equity investment is the long-term and varying nature of the work. It’s very rewarding to work with successful companies in cooperation with their management. My experience in team sports have made team playing very much a part of me. I still return to a basketball court whenever my schedule allows for it.
