Chris Aye Bio

Mr. Aye joined Solace in 2022. Prior to joining Solace, Mr. Aye was a Co-founder and Managing Partner in the private equity investment wing at PMC Capital. At PMC, Mr. Aye operated as the lead executive on investment activities and decisions. Prior to that, Mr. Aye served as the Head of M&A and Chief Operating Officer at Skyview Capital, where he worked as a key executive, investment committee member and overall contributor to the firm since its inception in 2005. Before Skyview, Chris held positions at AMGEN, Arthur Andersen and BDO. Mr. Aye received his BA in Economics and Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara and his MBA from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business. Mr. Aye is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and serves on the boards of Make-A-Wish Foundation of the Tri-Counties area, the USC Marshall’s Business Alumni Mentorship program, and the Parent Advisory Board at Oaks Christian School.
