Shad Estreich Bio

Shad Estreich joined Silver Lake in 2020 as Senior Counsel and Senior Vice President, Compliance. Prior to joining Silver Lake, he worked at Ropes & Gray LLP where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions and private investments, including leveraged buyouts, growth equity, and other private equity investments. Prior to Ropes & Gray LLP, Shad worked at Sidley Austin LLP, where he specialized in commercial real estate transactions. He holds a B.S.B.A. in Finance from the University of Denver, with honors, and a J.D. from New York University School of Law. Shad is admitted to the New York State Bar and not admitted to the California State Bar.
