Lee Wittlinger Bio

Lee Wittlinger is a Managing Director of Silver Lake, which he joined in 2007. He currently serves as a director on the boards of AMC Entertainment, GoDaddy, Iterable, Oak View Group, Shadowbox Studios and WP Engine. Lee is Chairman of AMC Entertainment’s compensation committee and a member of the nominating & governance and audit committees. He is also a member of GoDaddy’s nominating and governance committee. Previously, he served as a director of Vantage Data Centers and Cast & Crew Entertainment Services, and as a member of GoDaddy’s and Cast & Crew’s audit committees. Prior to Silver Lake, Lee worked as an investment banker in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications Group at Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, and financing transactions in the technology space. He graduated summa cum laude from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he received a B.S. in Economics, with dual concentrations in Finance and Accounting.
