Jennifer Gautier joined Silver Lake in 2020 and is Director, Legal, M&A. Prior to joining Silver Lake, she worked for several years at Ropes & Gray LLP, where she specialized in leveraged buyouts, growth equity and venture capital investments. Jennifer holds a B.A. in Honors Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and a J.D. from New York University School of Law.
