Before founding SIP, Philipp Amereller worked for 11 years for Cognetas – formerly Electra Partners – , an independent pan-European private equity firm, focused on mid-sized complex buyouts with a total equity volume of approximately € 2.25bn. Philipp studied business administration with a focus on finance and accounting at the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel (Germany) with semesters abroad at La Rochelle and Berkeley.
