Sam Magidsohn joined Seven Hills Capital in 2019 with an interest in working alongside entrepreneur and family-owned businesses in the healthcare sector. As a member of the 7H team, Sam is highly focused on our operating activities with our partnered companies, while also leading the firm’s transaction execution in relation to new platform investments as well as add-on acquisitions. Prior to joining Seven Hills, Sam spent three years as an associate and senior associate with Beecken Petty O'Keefe & Company, a middle-market healthcare private equity firm based in Chicago. While at Beecken Petty O’Keefe, Sam completed multiple platform investments, add-on acquisitions, and other M&A transactions across various healthcare services and medical technology sectors. Prior to Beecken Petty O’Keefe, Sam served as an analyst at Robert W. Baird in the firm’s Milwaukee and Chicago offices advising healthcare and tech-enabled services clients. Sam attended the University of Chicago Booth School of Business to pursue his M.B.A. and received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
