Clinton Karcher Bio

Clinton Karcher joined SDC in 2018 as a Principal where he is responsible for identifying and executing investments for the Firm. Prior to joining SDC, Clinton served as a Director in the Communications, Media and Entertainment group at RBC Capital Markets where he advised leading public and private companies and financial sponsors in the Data Infrastructure and Technology Services sectors. Prior to joining RBC Capital Markets, Clinton worked as an investment banker for Stifel Nicolaus and Signal Hill Capital Group. In his tenure as an investment banker, Clinton executed over $20 billion of mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing transactions. Clinton earned a B.S. in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
