Gary Le Sueur Bio

A co-founder and former Partner of SEP, in his role as Senior Adviser Gary is focused on managing our energy technology fund. He currently holds board positions with innovative solar energy business Solarcentury and clean energy solutions provider Vital Energi, and is responsible for SEP’s investment in energy grid management software company Smarter Grid Solutions. Gary led SEP’s investment in independent gas transporter Indigo Pipelines, sold in early 2019 to an infrastructure fund and was also a non-executive director with renewable energy company Anesco, twice named the UK’s fastest growing private company, before it was sold to a private equity purchaser. Other current roles include non-executive director with Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc and with venture philanthropy organisation Inspiring Scotland.
