He leads the private equity and corporate development efforts, including deal sourcing strategy and execution, managing deal flow, analyzing and executing on acquisition opportunities, and developing and maintaining intermediary relationships. Jonathan has more than 14 years of financial advisory, equity research, and investment banking experience.
