Mark Woolgar Bio

Mr. Woolgar is a Partner at Rift Valley. In addition to this role, he is also a Senior Partner of Woolgar VanWiechen Cosgriffe Ducoffe LLP (“WVCD”), a firm which he founded in 1991 after beginning his legal career at one of Canada’s national law firms. At WVCD, Mr. Woolgar focuses on corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on private company mergers and acquisitions as well as start-up and early stage growth companies. In addition, Mr. Woolgar has served as a current or past corporate director of several not-for-profit corporations and private companies. He graduated with a B.A. in Economics from Western University and received LL.B. and M.B.A. degrees from Dalhousie University.
