JD Martin Bio

JD is a principal at Rubicon. He sits on the board of Harver (formerly Outmatch). Before joining Rubicon, JD was a senior investment professional at both Abry Partners and Thomas H. Lee Partners, where he led and executed numerous private equity investments. Previously, he worked at Lehman Brothers in its investment banking division and at North Bay Capital, a hedge fund. He also played professional soccer in the MLS. JD holds a bachelor of science, with honors, from Rutgers University, a master of arts from Northwestern University, and a master of business administration from the Harvard Business School.
