Mark Pridgeon Bio

Mark is RiverGlade’s CFO & CCO. He has been involved in private equity finance and accounting since 2006. Prior to joining RiverGlade, Mark spent eleven years as Controller and then VP, Finance at GTCR LLC, a private equity firm based in Chicago. Previously, Mark served as a Vice President in the Financial Advisory Services group at AlixPartners, a global business advisory firm. He started his career in auditing with public accounting firm Deloitte & Touche. Mark is a CPA and holds a BS in Accounting from Michigan State University and an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
