Jim Hudak Bio

Jim is the former Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Paradigm Outcomes. Jim spent six years as Paradigm’s Chief Executive Officer before moving into the Executive Chairman role in which he engaged with key clients and industry leaders and supported the company’s executive team. His tenure at Paradigm caps a career distinguished by innovative thinking and a history of building motivated, cohesive teams. Prior to joining Paradigm, Jim was Chief Administrative Officer at CRC Health Group, where he oversaw several functions including human resources, IT, risk management, and finance. He spent many years at Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) and ultimately was Global Managing Partner of the Healthcare Practice. He was Executive Vice President of UnitedHealth Group and Corporate Chief Information Officer and Chief Executive Officer of its subsidiary United Behavioral Health. Jim received his BA in Economics from Yale University and a Master of Public Policy from the University of Michigan’s Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy.
