Garrick Rice Bio

Garrick co-founded RiverGlade Capital in 2017 and has been active in principal investing since 2001. Prior to RiverGlade, Garrick was a Managing Director at Sterling Partners, where he co-led the firm’s healthcare services investing practice. Garrick began his career within the leverage lending group at Bank of America and thereafter joined the founding team of Einstein/Noah Bagel Corporation where he supported the CEO and CFO in corporate and operations finance as the company advanced from an early stage business through its initial public offering. Garrick also was an Investment Banking Associate at Robert W. Baird and a Director of Business Development for FOB.com, an early stage technology company which eventually became Velocity EHS. Garrick is a Board of Trustees Member of the Hadley Institute for the Blind and Visually Impaired. Garrick holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
