Jocelyn Dioux Bio

Jocelyn spent four years working with the transaction services team at KPMG, conducting financial due diligence of private and public companies (acquisition/sale) for corporate clients and private equity funds in France and abroad. Jocelyn was exposed to a variety of sectors such as infrastructure, mass retail, services, the hotel or insurance industries. He also spent ten months in Africa as a representative of the French Development Agency in support of private industry. In 2011, Jocelyn joined 123 IM, an asset management firm, as Director of Investments specialized in renewable infrastructure projects. Since 2013, Jocelyn is Director of Investments at RIVE Private Investment in charge of renewables energies investments in France and UK. Jocelyn is a graduate of the EDHEC business school and holds a Master in Corporate Law from the University of Paris at Panthéon Assas.
