Lizzy Brown Bio

Lizzy joined Resurgens in 2022 as the VP of Talent and focuses primarily on organization, talent and leadership development for the firm’s portfolio companies. Prior to joining Resurgens, Lizzy spent seven years with Russell Reynolds Associates in the Global Growth Tech practice, leading over 150 searches and leadership advisory projects across industries with a focus on private equity clients, portfolio company advisory projects and build outs. Before joining Russell Reynolds, Lizzy was a consultant with Huron Consulting Group, where she was a member of their Business Operations team leading engagements in workforce productivity and cost optimization at nonprofit healthcare systems throughout the United States.
