Scott Lavie Bio

Scott Lavie brings more than 25 years of experience investing and sourcing debt and equity in middle market companies. Previously, Scott was responsible for all aspects of investments for Galena Capital, and coordinated transaction origination and marketing for Summit Investment Management. In addition, he was responsible for structured financing for Republic Financial Corporation. Scott began his career at GE Capital, where he rose to co-founder and manager of GE’s restructuring finance group. Scott received a BA in finance from California State University-Chico. Scott is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee and serves on the boards of States Industries and All Holding Company.
