Kevin Loden Bio

Kevin Loden joined Redwood in 2014 and is a member of Redwood’s investment team. In addition, Kevin oversees Redwood’s legal function. Kevin joined Redwood from Venable LLP, a Washington DC based law firm, where he worked in the Corporate group advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, debt financings, and equity raises. Kevin received a B.A. degree from Mary Washington College and a J.D. from University of Baltimore School of Law where he was an editor of the Law Review.
