Chris Teets Bio

Chris Teets joined Red Mountain as a founding Partner in 2005. Previously, he was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs, where he worked in the Investment Banking Division on mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, debt and equity offerings, corporate restructurings and raid defense. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs in 2000, he worked in the investment banking division of Citigroup. Mr. Teets received his B.A. from Occidental College in 1996, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and his M.Sc. from the London School of Economics in 1997. He currently serves on the Council of Institutional Investors Corporate Governance Advisory Council.
