Joris Valks Bio

Joris joined Ramphastos in 2018 and as Principal he is co-responsible for deal-sourcing, screening of investment opportunities, deal execution and portfolio management. Prior to Ramphastos, he spent several years at Kempen & Co where he was part of both the M&A and ECM team. Joris holds a master’s degree in Finance from Maastricht University and studied at the Universidad del Desarrollo in Chile.
