Nick Perks Bio

Nick is responsible for transaction origination and execution, industry research and analysis, and portfolio oversight. Nick was previously a Vice President at Incline Equity Partners, an operationally focused private investment firm investing in business services, value-added distribution, and manufacturing. Prior to Incline, Nick was a private equity associate at Five Points Capital. Nick started his career as an investment banking analyst at Cary Street Partners, where he focused on sellside advisory.
