Ronald Wray Bio

Ronald Wray is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of PSP Partners and its affiliates, PSP Capital and Pritzker Realty Group. Wray is a member of the investment committee and is responsible for overall financial investment oversight, treasury, risk management, tax planning and compliance, legal administration, and financial reporting. He is also President of Pritzker Family Office and Chief Operating Officer at Horton Trust Company. He has worked for the Pritzker Family since 1990 with the exception of four years when he was a Principal at Glencoe Capital, LLC, a private equity firm where he served as Chief Operating Officer and was a member of the investment committee. Wray earned a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, summa cum laude, from Northern Illinois University, a Master of Science in Taxation with high distinction from DePaul University, and a Juris Doctor from Chicago Kent College of Law. He is a CPA and a member of the Illinois State Bar Association.
